Test drove vehicle on highway and city streets to try and replicate shake/shudder issue. High speed driving had a noise, found passenger side headlight trim ring was loose and came off at speed. No further noise or vibration at highway speeds. Tried braking from highway speeds to check for any brake shudder, ok. When driving on surface streets, no suspension noise or rattles present. Only shaking felt was during transmission engagement after letting off of brake at stops. This was minor and is common to all automatic Minis. Inspected vehicle on lift for any signs of suspension play, wheel imbalance, or tire issues. All ok. If symptom returns, recommend customer notate exact driving conditions to try and replicate issue.
Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums (if applicable) to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Test drive vehicle and check brake operation. Lining remaining is: Front ( 13mm) Rear ( 11mm). No brake shaking present from hard nor light brake application.

Inspected vehicle and found left front wheel has a screw in center of tread. Removed and patched tire. Rebalanced wheel and reinstalled on vehicle. Test drove vehicle and rechecked tire. No further leak present at this time.

Connected scan tool and checked vehicle for error codes. Found code 2EE2 stored in ECU for thermostat activation. Checked live data for temp readings. Found temp reading high even though engine is cold. Recommend replacement of thermostat and temp sender assembly to correct issue. Drained cooling system. Removed intake piping and air filter housing. Moved engine wiring harness to access thermostat assembly. Disconnected temp sender wiring and heater hoses. Removed retaining clip for radiator hose and removed thermostat assembly from engine. Cleaned mounting surface and installed new thermostat and housing. Installed new wiring harness to temp sender and connected to stock harness. Reconnected radiator and heater hoses. Filled cooling system and pressure tested, no leaks present. Reinstalled wiring, intake, and filter housing. Bled cooling system. Cleared error codes. Started vehicle and checked live data. Coolant temp reading normally. Let vehicle idle until it reached operating temp. Fans coming on correctly, and temp readings steady. Test drove vehicle. No further overheating warning on dash, and no error codes stored nor pending.

Remove windshield cowl and engine covers. Install new battery. Clean cable ends. Perform battery adaptation to vehicle as needed.
Remove rodent nest from battery area. Steam clean vehicle to remove residue and debris build up. Wash exterior of vehicle. Buff out scratches from side of vehicle and rear bumper. Polish area and add wax.
Inspected front tires for air loss. No objects found in tire tread or sidewalls. Checked tires for leaks using soap solution, no bubbling present from tire beads, nor sidewall damage areas. Found a small screw in rear tire. Removed screw and found no leak present, screw was too short to penetrate tire tread and damage casing. Recommend replacement of front tires due to wear and damage.
Remove wheels from vehicle. Inspect brakes. Remove tires. Install new tires and valve stems(if required). Computer spin balance. spin balance. Reinstall wheels to vehicle and torque lug nuts to manufacturer's specifications.
State tire tax per tire.
Tire disposal fee per tire.
