    • Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums (if applicable) to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Test drive vehicle and check brake operation. Lining remaining is: Front ( 8mm) Rear ( 8mm). Test drove vehicle and found brake pedal will sink if constant pressure is applied. If hard quick pressure is applied, brakes grab normally. If brakes are applied slowly, pedal sinks further than normal before brakes engage. Suspect brake master cylinder is leaking internally. Recommend replacement of brake master cylinder.
    • Drained brake fluid reservoir. Removed cowl panel and trim pieces. Removed brake lines from master cylinder. Removed cylinder mounting hardware and removed cylinder from vehicle. Cleaned mounting surfaces and installed new unit. Reconnected brake lines. Installed reservoir and filled system with fresh fluid. Bled brake system and ABS unit to remove any air from system. Reinstalled cowl panel components. Test drove vehicle. Brake system now working normally, and pedal does not sink when constant pressure is applied.
