- Includes: Change engine oil and filter. Check transmission fluid level and adjust as needed. Check coolant condition and pressure check system. Check brake fluid level and condition. Check power steering fluid level and condition. Check belts; coolant, fuel, and vacuum hoses for damage/degradation. Check antenna operation (if applicable). Lube all doors and latches. Tighten door brake fasteners. Lube hood hinges and latch. Check differential fluid level. Check axle boots, CV joints, and/or U-Joints for damage. Check wheel bearings for play. Check parking brake operation. Check for fluid leaks. Check interior and exterior lights. Check wiper and washer jet operation. Check tire wear and condition. Set tire pressures to specification. Vacuum cowl. Check intake and cabin air filters. Test drive vehicle.
- During inspection found engine oil dip stick broken were it seats and rubber o-ring damaged.Replaced with oil dip stick as recommended.Verfied operation
- Verified customers concern and found rodents nest around top battery cover. battery cover appears do be damaged ripped apart on top side.Removed rodents nest and cleaned as best as possible.Advise customer to monitor if rodents return, and if so recommend to install rid a rat to prevent rodents from entering.
- Replace cabin filter element. Reassemble filter housing and access panel.
- During inspection found valve cover gasket leaking engine oil.Removed all necessary components to gain access to remove valve cover and discarded worn valve cover gasket ,while valve cover removed found spark plug tubes saturated with engine oil and ignition coils.Recommend to clean spark plug tubes and replace all ignition coils.Cleaned spark plug tubes using specified cleaning fluid and replaced all ignition coil assemblies due to contamination. verified operation and found working normal.
- Clean spark plug tubes
- Steam clean vehicle to remove oil residue and debris build up.
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Drain and refill entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders. Bleed system until clean fluid is seen.
- Replace wiper blades on vehicle.
