Services Performed
- Check coolant level and condition. Pressure test cooling system for leaks. Inspect hoses and cooling system components. Check operation of cooling fans. Found coolant leaking from turbocharger supply lines from auxiliary water pump. Return lines need to be removed for access to feed lines. Recommend replacement of all coolant lines to correct issue.
- Drained coolant. Removed intake piping and air filter housings. Removed drive belt from engine. Disconnected coolant lines from turbochargers, engine block, and auxiliary water pump. Routed new lines before installing mounting hardware and clips. Filled cooling system and pressure tested, OK. Reinstalled drive belt and air intake piping. Bled cooling system and test drove vehicle. No further coolant leaks present at this time.
- Checked door components for power and signal. Found power is intermittently not getting to door components, causing inoperative lock and window, and rear door open warning to come on at times. Recommend checking door harness for any breaks or loose connections.
