- Confirmed customers concern .found excessive rodent debris in engine bay. found damage to firewall padding and side padding. did not find any chewed wires or other dmamged componets. recommend performing engine bay cleaning and replace firewall padding and side padding
- Removed and replaced side padding and firewall padding reconnected heater hoses in the rear secured intake components on top. checked for codes none present at this time
- Performed steam clean to engine applied degreaser to remove feces and other debris from engine bay area. test drove car all okay at this time
