Tighten door brake fasteners. Lube hood hinges and latch. Check differential fluid level. Check axle boots, CV joints, and/or U-Joints for damage. Check wheel bearings for play. Check parking brake operation. Check for fluid leaks. Check interior and exterior lights. Check wiper and washer jet operation. Check tire wear and condition. Set tire pressures to specification. Vacuum cowl. Check intake and cabin air filters. Test drive vehicle.

    • Install replacement lower spoiler assembly.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.
    • Removed sway bar end links. Cleaned sway bar and mounting tabs of corrosion. Installed new end links. Test drove vehicle after repairs. No further noise during low speed turns.
    • Replace cabin filter element. Reassemble filter housing and access panel.
    • Test drove vehicle to confirm customer's concern. Unable to duplicate shake/vibration at speed. Possibly due to road surface with low profile tires. During low speed turns did hear some noise from front of vehicle. Raised vehicle on lift and inspected front suspension components. Found marks on inner fender liner where driver's front wheel will rub at full right lock. Also found sway bar end links joints loose and binding. Recommend new sway bar end links.

    • Inspected vehicle for no crank condition. Found battery dead after sitting overnight. Charged battery for a few hours and checked for electrical draw, no draw during charging procedure. After letting vehicle sit on charger brake lights were found on. Inspected brake light switch on pedal and when switch was wiggled, brake lights came on and off. Recommend replacement of brake light switch.
    • Removed lower dash cover. Replaced brake light switch with new unit. After installation tested if brake lights came on by wiggling new switch in the same fashion that cause lights to come on with the old switch, brake lights stayed off. Reinstalled lower dash cover. Test drove vehicle, brake lights operating properly. Let vehicle sit overnight and monitored for draw, no draw found, and vehicle started properly in the morning.
