- Test drove vehicle and confirmed customer concern. Checked suspension and drivetrain components for any wear or play. All ok. Cross rotated tires and test drove again. No further pull present at this time. Suspect one of the tires is developing a radial pull. Recommend monitoring for any return, or change in pull.

2014 Mercedes-Benz ML350
Mileage154,352Service Date4/23/2026Services Performed- Scanned vehicle for error codes. Found multiple codes in ECU, but most are related to cam position/timing. Checked vehicle and found right exhaust cam magnet looks new. Performed function test on cam adjusters. Found intake on passenger side failed test. Recommend replacement of failed unit before further diagnosis. Also noted engine covered in oil residue. Recommend steam cleaning to remove residue and check for leak source(s).
- Removed intake piping and engine covers. Disconnected wiring to cam sensor. Removed intake sensor and cleaned oil debris from area. Installed new sensor with supplied seal. Cleaned connector of residue and installed. After steam cleaning was completed, reinstalled intake piping and covers. Cleared error codes and test drove vehicle. Check engine light returned. Checked live data and found cam positions out of range, but vehicle running ok. Rechecked cam actuator functions, all tests passed. Checked live data with remote access tool. Found ECU is not responding properly. Removed wiring harness to computer and found oil residue on harness. Removed ECU to check for oil contamination. ECU does have contamination present. Recommend replacement of wiring harness and ECU to correct check engine light issue.
- Steam clean vehicle to remove oil residue and debris build up.

2018 Honda Civic

Rotated wheel one tooth and reinstalled. Secured steering column hardware and test drove. Wheel now straight. Reinstalled trim pieces.

2017 Honda Accord
Mileage84,238Service Date4/3/2026Services Performed- Remove engine covers and shields to gain access to valve cover housing. Unbolt valve cover and remove from engine. Once cover is removed we then remove ignition coils to gain access to spark plug housing. Remove all 4 spark plugs and install new plugs into cylinders and torque to factory specification. Checked valve clearance with feeler gauge to check lash specs. Re adjusted to factory specification and reassembled vehicle. Test drove after servicing to verify repairs.
- Drain cooling system completely. Flush system with water. Refill system with correct coolant. Bleed cooling system. Test drive to confirm proper cooling system operation. Top off coolant.
- Remove intake duct from throttle body actuator and manually cleaned valve with carbon deposit.
