Lube all doors and latches. Tighten door brake fasteners. Lube hood hinges and latch. Check differential fluid level. Check axle boots, CV joints, and/or U-Joints for damage. Check wheel bearings for play. Check parking brake operation. Check for fluid leaks. Check interior and exterior lights. Check wiper and washer jet operation. Check tire wear and condition. Set tire pressures to specification. Vacuum cowl. Check intake and cabin air filters. Test drive vehicle.
- Replace engine air filter.
- Replace cabin filter element. Reassemble filter housing and access panels.
- Removed turn signal from right front headlight assembly. Found bulb is good and bulb adapter is good to. Inspected headlight housing and found connectors to bulb adapter are burned out. Recommend replacement of headlight to correct issue.
- Removed front bumper cover and front radiator cover. Disconnected wiring to headlight housing. Removed headlight assembly from vehicle. Transferred bulb adapter to new headlight assembly. Connected wiring and tested light functions, OK. Reinstalled radiator cover and front bumper assembly.

2015 Volkswagen Golf SportWagen
Mileage46,014Service Date10/31/2025Services Performed- Scanned vehicle for trouble codes, no codes present. Vehicle software up to date. Performed hard reset of the navigation system by removing the systems fuse. Issue is still present. Recommend a new Navigation system.
- Remove dash and trim pieces to access radio unit. Remove mounting hardware and remove radio assembly from dash. Connect wiring to replacement unit and install using original mounting hardware. Reinstall trim pieces and panels. Connect to radio via scan tool to activate unit and transfer adaptations from original unit. Test radio and display functions. Screen is still flashing when system powers up. Recommend information electronic control module is replaced.
- Removed glove box, dash trim, and center console components to access and replace control module with new unit. Connected scan tool to activate new unit and found it is a theft related part and must be remote programmed. Reinstalled glove box and trim pieces.
- Remote Calibration of new IEC Module.
- Raised vehicle. Removed timing belt cover. Removed vibration damper. Turned crankshaft until camshaft belt gear reached top dead center. Secured camshaft hub with diesel injection pump locking pin. Loosened crankshaft holder in camshaft sprocket. secured crankshaft with crankshaft lock. Secured hub on high pressure pump with locking pin. Loosened nut for the high pressure pump belt sprocket. Turned tensioner and secured with lock. Insured all markings for pulleys were aligned to spec. Removed and replaced timing belt. Secured tensioners and confirmed timing is set to spec. Removed locking pins. Reinstalled damper and belt cover. Test drove vehicle. Vehicle in normal operating condition.
- Raised vehicle. Drained cooling system. Removed timing belt cover. Removed vibration damper. Turned crankshaft until camshaft belt gear reached top dead center. Secured camshaft hub with diesel injection pump locking pin. Loosened crankshaft holder in camshaft sprocket. secured crankshaft with crankshaft lock. Secured hub on high pressure pump with locking pin. Loosened nut for the high pressure pump belt sprocket. Turned tensioner and secured with lock. Insured all markings for pulleys were aligned to spec. Removed timing belt. Removed and replaced water pump assembly. Reinstalled new timing belt. Secured tensioners and removed all locking pins. Reinstalled timing covers. Vacuum filled cooling system. Test drove vehicle and allowed it to reach operating temp. Rechecked for leaks. Vehicle is in normal operating condition.

- Inspected vehicle for error codes. Found code P0441 (Evaporative Emissions Purge Valve Flow) stored in ECU. Tested purge valve response with scan tool and found valve responding, but fuel tank pressure reading not changing. Removed engine covers and splash shields to inspect purge valve lines and components. Fuel tank and connections appear normal. Found purge valve hose to intake manifold is not in correct position, causing lack of vacuum from intake when valve is opened. Reconnected line and secured to fitting. Cleared error codes and retested system. Fuel tank pressure now changing normally. Recommend monitoring for any return of engine light.
- Found all tire pressures out of spec. Reset pressures to correct specs and then relearned pressures for TPMS system. All tires reading properly and light is no longer on at this time.

2019 Acura MDX

Most codes are for low voltage or lost communication with other modules. ECU module has codes for throttle body actuator as well. Test drove vehicle before and after service, no issues present and no warning lights returned. Checked vehicle battery during service. Battery passed load test, but appears to be original unit. Recommend replacement of battery and rechecking system. Removed intake piping and filter housing to access battery. Removed battery from tray and housing. Cleaned cable ends. Installed new battery and connected wiring. Reinstalled intake and filter components. Cleared error codes and test drove vehicle multiple times. No warning lights returned. Rescanned vehicle, no error codes stored nor pending.
