Mileage56,740Service Date2/20/2025Services Performed- Performed a full system scan and down loaded dtc fault code P00BD Mass air flow circuit a air flow too high.During inspection found one charge air cooler hose (Outlet Pipe ) damaged with a big cut. Recommend to replace charge air cooler hose due to will cause check engine light to turn on, because of air flow too high. Also noticed fuel light present and DEF fuel warning light due to too low.Recommend to service DEF fluid and add to specifications.
- Removed all necessary components to gain access to charge air cooler hose.Replaced with new hose as recommended installed all components removed.Verfied operation and found working normal.Test drove vehicle cleared fault code, after test drive inspected for warning lights and fault codes and found none present at this time,Added DEF fluid as recommended and warning light not present.

2018 Dodge Grand Caravan

Lube all doors and latches. Tighten door brake fasteners. Lube hood hinges and latch. Check differential fluid level. Check axle boots, CV joints, and/or U-Joints for damage. Check wheel bearings for play. Check parking brake operation. Check for fluid leaks. Check interior and exterior lights. Check wiper and washer jet operation. Check tire wear and condition. Set tire pressures to specification. Vacuum cowl. Check intake and cabin air filters. Test drive vehicle.
- Verified customers concern and found oil filter housing leaking engine oil and thermostat housing seeping coolant.Recommend to replace engine oil filter and thermostat housing with thermostat.
- Remove intake piping and intake manifold. Disconnect wiring to oil pressure sensor. Remove oil cooler/filter housing from engine valley. Clean mounting surfaces and install new assembly with new gaskets. Transfer oil pressure sensor to new unit. Reconnect wiring. Clean intake mounting surfaces and install new lower intake gaskets. Install intake manifold. Reconnect vacuum lines and wiring. Reinstall intake piping. After completion of repairs, test start vehicle and recheck for oil or coolant loss. No further leaks present at this time.
- Removed all necessary components to gain access to spark plugs,Replaced with new spark plugs as recommended.Spark plug replacement recommended at a 100k miles.Also easier access to replace spark plugs due to intake manifold will be removed, while doing engine oil filter housing replacement.
- Disconnected negative battery cable, removed engine cover, removed air intake system. Drain coolant system ,removed upper radiator hose to gain access to thermostat housing with thermostat assembly.Replaced with new thermostat housing assembly as recommended filled with specified coolant to specifications.Inspected for leaks and found none present at this time.
- Replace three wiper blades on vehicle.

2013 Volkswagen Jetta

- During inspection found engine oil dip stick broken were it seats and rubber o-ring damaged.Replaced with oil dip stick as recommended.Verfied operation
- Verified customers concern and found rodents nest around top battery cover. battery cover appears do be damaged ripped apart on top side.Removed rodents nest and cleaned as best as possible.Advise customer to monitor if rodents return, and if so recommend to install rid a rat to prevent rodents from entering.
- Replace cabin filter element. Reassemble filter housing and access panel.
- During inspection found valve cover gasket leaking engine oil.Removed all necessary components to gain access to remove valve cover and discarded worn valve cover gasket ,while valve cover removed found spark plug tubes saturated with engine oil and ignition coils.Recommend to clean spark plug tubes and replace all ignition coils.Cleaned spark plug tubes using specified cleaning fluid and replaced all ignition coil assemblies due to contamination. verified operation and found working normal.
- Clean spark plug tubes
- Steam clean vehicle to remove oil residue and debris build up.
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Drain and refill entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders. Bleed system until clean fluid is seen.
- Replace wiper blades on vehicle.
