  • Removed front wheel and brake components. Disconnected axle retainer and pressed axle from hub. Disconnected lower ball joint and lowered control arm. Removed tie rod end and strut mount from spindle. Pressed hub assembly from spindle. Pressed on new hub and bearing. Reinstalled spindle to vehicle. Reconnected strut, tie rod end, and ball joint on lower control arm. Reinstalled axle to hub and retorqued axle nut. Reinstalled brakes and wheel. Test drove vehicle. No further whirring noise present from hub.

Cleaned spark plug tubes of any debris or oil residue. Installed new spark plugs and torqued to spec. Reinstalled ignition coils and wiring. After completion of service, reinstalled intake piping and test started engine. Engine running normally at this time.
  • Replace rear brake pads. Clean mounting surfaces. Replace wear sensor as required. Replace brake rotors. Lubricate caliper slides. Adjust parking brake mechanism. Road test vehicle.
  • Steam clean vehicle to remove rodent residue and debris build up.

Other 3 tires are worn and have age cracking started. Recommend replacement of all tires to correct issue.
