- Replace cabin filter element. Reassemble filter housing and access panels.
- Replace wiper blades on vehicle.
- Removed engine covers. Disconnected ignition wiring and removed coils. Removed spark plugs. Cleaned spark plug tubes of any debris or oil residue. Installed new spark plugs and torqued to spec. Reinstalled ignition coils and wiring. Test started vehicle. OK.
- Removed fob battery and replaced with new unit. Tested key fob functions, OK.

Found coolant level slightly low, but still present in reservoir. Pressure tested cooling system during service, no pressure loss present. With splash shields removed, checked for any signs of coolant buildup or residue. None visible at this time. Topped off coolant. Recommend monitoring vehicle for any return of low coolant warning.
- Replace engine air filter.
- Replace cabin filter element. Reassemble filter housing and access panels.
- Replace rear brake pads. Clean mounting surfaces. Replace wear sensor as required. Replace brake rotors. Lubricate caliper slides. Adjust parking brake mechanism. Road test vehicle.
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Drain and refill entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders. Bleed system until clean fluid is seen.
- Removed engine covers and intake piping. Released belt tensioner and removed drive belt from engine. Inspected pulleys and engine accessories for any play, noise, or roughness. Routed new drive belt and released tensioner. Reinstalled intake piping and engine covers.

2017 Jaguar F-Pace
Mileage94,695Service Date10/8/2024Services Performed- Test drove vehicle. Light was off during initial drive, but came on and then went off again. Scanned vehicle for error codes. Found no codes stored in SRS system other than a driver seat belt pretensioner code in history. Tested passenger seat sensor response. With person in seat, but not buckled, seat did not register being occupied. Once belt was attached, occupancy display showed person in seat and buckled. Unbuckled and passenger left seat, seat occupancy still showed seat was occupied with no one in it. Recommend passenger occupancy sensor to correct issue. Part on Order
- Confirmed light was not coming on. Removed cover and found headlight housing melted and light out of place. Recommend replacement of headlight housing to correct issue.
- Checked hatch operation. Found trim panel around striker is damaged and binding up at times. Recommend replacement of trunk trim piece to correct noise if it worsens.

2013 Toyota RAV4

Cleared error codes and code returned during first start attempt. Checked live data while cranking engine. Engine RPM is present, an no error codes for cam/crank correlation present. Tested fuel pump and relays, OK. Checked ignition and found no spark present on any cylinders. Checked freeze frame data for error code and found engine immobilizer is on. Checked live data and found immobilizer is not deactivating when key is turned. Obtained second key from customer and tested. Original key is working properly, vehicle starts normally. Retried replacement key, and found vehicle would not start. Recommend using original key, and have an OEM replacement made if needed.

- Removed all necessary components to gain access to crank position sensor , crankshaft pulley and mounting bolt,Replaced with new crank position sensor, crankshaft pulley and mounting bolt ,verified operation and found working normal
