2013 Volkswagen Jetta

Lube all doors and latches. Tighten door brake fasteners. Lube hood hinges and latch. Check differential fluid level. Check axle boots, CV joints, and/or U-Joints for damage. - During inspection found engine oil dip stick broken were it seats and rubber o-ring damaged.Replaced with oil dip stick as recommended.Verfied operation
- Verified customers concern and found rodents nest around top battery cover. battery cover appears do be damaged ripped apart on top side.Removed rodents nest and cleaned as best as possible.Advise customer to monitor if rodents return, and if so recommend to install rid a rat to prevent rodents from entering.
- Replace cabin filter element. Reassemble filter housing and access panel.
- During inspection found valve cover gasket leaking engine oil.Removed all necessary components to gain access to remove valve cover and discarded worn valve cover gasket ,while valve cover removed found spark plug tubes saturated with engine oil and ignition coils.Recommend to clean spark plug tubes and replace all ignition coils.Cleaned spark plug tubes using specified cleaning fluid and replaced all ignition coil assemblies due to contamination. verified operation and found working normal.
- Clean spark plug tubes
- Steam clean vehicle to remove oil residue and debris build up.
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Drain and refill entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders. Bleed system until clean fluid is seen.
- Replace wiper blades on vehicle.

- During service, found oil residue present on front of engine, valve cover on passenger side, and alternator. Steam clean vehicle to remove oil residue and debris build up. Replaced oil fill cap with new unit. After cleaning, test drove vehicle and rechecked for leaks. No active leaks present at this time. Recommend checking vehicle for leaks at next service.

2015 Toyota Tundra
Mileage98,437Service Date1/10/2025Services Performed- Test drove vehicle and did not hear any type of noise present. Lifted vehicle and lubed vehicles drive shaft u-joints, and suspension bushings. Visually inspected suspension, drive line, brakes, and steering components for signs of contact which would create the noise from customer's video. No visible evidence present. Test drove vehicle again and had another tech ride along to listen for noises. Found squeaking noise did occur during low speed maneuvers. Noise is originating from left front of vehicle. Raised vehicle on lift to try and replicate noise, but it is not present without load on the tire. While running vehicle in the air, found inner CV joint on left front of vehicle is loose and moving around. Pulled axle out slightly from differential and found where axle is contacting differential at times causing high pitched squeaking noise. Recommend replacement of axle to correct play and prevent further noise from drivetrain.
- Removed front wheel and fender liner. Disconnected axle retainer and pressed axle from hub. Disconnected ball joint from steering knuckle. Removed axle from differential. Installed new axle and reconnected suspension components. Tightened new axle nut and reinstalled wheel. Test drove vehicle and found no noise present at this time.

2006 Toyota Prius
Mileage180,067Service Date1/22/2025Services Performed- Vehicle 12v battery was dead during inspection. Tried to jump vehicle and it powered on, but gas engine would not start. It just cranked. Scanned vehicle for error codes. Found codes stored for loss of engine performance and fuel system. Checked live data from vehicle. During testing, found dash gauge shows fuel tank 3/4 full. Data from body control module shows tank is empty. Added a few gallons of gas, body control module now shows some gas but gauge cluster is still showing 3/4 full. Test started vehicle and was able to get engine to start after clearing air from fuel lines. Checked diagnostics of gauges, and found gauge cluster is not communication/responding properly. Recommend replacement of gauge to correct remaining issues. Customer declined repair at this time.

2010 Toyota RAV4
Mileage115,402Service Date12/20/2024Services Performed- Removed differential drain plug and fill plug. Drain plug is stripped out. Installed new drain plug and filled differential with fresh fluid to spec. Reinstalled fill plug.
- Drained transfer case fluid. Installed drain plug and filled with fresh gear oil. Installed fill plug. Tested transfer case operation, OK.
- Test drove vehicle and confirmed suspension has some play or looseness present. Inspected components on rack. Found struts and shocks work, but not leaking. Outer tie rod ends have some play present in joints. Rear sway bar link boots are torn, and joints have play. Recommend replacement of worn components and aligning vehicle.
- Removed front wheels and brake components. Disconnected struts from steering knuckles. Removed upper mounting hardware and removed struts from vehicle. Installed new strut assembly into vehicle. Torqued strut mounting hardware to spec and connected suspension. Reinstalled brakes and wheels. Test drove vehicle to check suspension, OK. After alignment test drove vehicle again. Suspension working properly.
- With front suspension disassembled, disconnected tie rod ends from steering knuckles. Removed tie rods from rack. Installed new tie rod ends to match installed length of original units. Connected tie rods to spindles and installed new castle nut and cotter pins.
- Removed rear wheels. Disconnected shock mounting hardware from suspension. Removed upper shock mounts and removed shocks from vehicle. Installed new shock to upper mounts using original hardware. Compressed shocks and reattached to suspension mounting points.
- With rear tires removed, disconnected sway bar links from suspension arms and sway bar. Cleaned debris from area and installed new end links and hardware. Cycled suspension and torqued hardware to spec. Reinstalled rear wheels and test drove vehicle after alignment. Suspension no longer feels wobbly or loose.
- Performed 4 wheel alignment. Test drive vehicle after repairs to confirm handling characteristics.
