Check brake fluid level and condition. Check power steering fluid level and condition. Check belts; coolant, fuel, and vacuum hoses for damage/degradation. Check antenna operation (if applicable). Lube all doors and latches. Tighten door brake fasteners. Lube hood hinges and latch. Check differential fluid level. Check axle boots, CV joints, and/or U-Joints for damage. Check wheel bearings for play. Check parking brake operation. Check for fluid leaks. Check interior and exterior lights. Check wiper and washer jet operation. Check tire wear and condition. Set tire pressures to specification. Vacuum cowl. Check intake and cabin air filters. Test drive vehicle.
- Customer states HVAC is not blowing hot air. Check and advise.
- Drained cooling system. Removed and replaced intake, engine covers, and cooling hoses to access thermostat and water pump. Confirmed thermostat stuck closed. Removed timing covers to access and replace timing belt and associated components. Replaced timing belt, water pump, and thermostat with new units and reassembled engine. Filled and bled cooling system. Test drove vehicle, operating temp reached in correct time, and fan was not on until temperature threshold was reached. Noted temp did keep rising during drive though. Rechecked system and found thermostat is not opening properly. Recommend replacement.
- Spark plugs
- Replace engine air filter.
- Replace cabin filter element. Reassemble filter housing and access panels.
- Install new battery. Clean cable ends. Perform battery adaptation to vehicle as needed.
- Drained cooling system. Removed intake manifold. Disconntected hoses and wiring to thermostat assembly. Installed new thermostat unit and reinstalled intake manifold and hoses. During assembly, found coolant reservoir cracked and seeping. Installed new reservoir and cap assembly. Bled cooling system and test drove vehicle. Engine no longer overheating, but heater is still not warm. Checked hose temps with IR thermometer. Found inlet and outlet temps very different. Suspect bad heater core not flowing properly.
- Remove lower dash covers and trim pieces. Disconnected heater hoses and removed heater core from dash. Checked heater core and found it clogged with debris. Installed new heater core and new orings. Connected hoses and filled system. Heater now getting hot when temp is turned up.

2005 Toyota Tacoma
Mileage169,711Service Date1/28/2026Services Performed- Tested AC system and confirmed system is changing temp, but not getting cold. Connected AC machine and checked system pressures. Found both high and low sides are lower than spec. Evacuated system and vacuum checked for leaks, none present. Filled system with fresh freon to spec and added oil dye. Tested system operation. Pressures now within spec and compressor engaging. Vent temps reading 40 degrees with AC on. Checked vehicle for signs of leaks with UV light, no dye present at this time.
- Reinstalled radiator cover with new hardware.

2015 Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG

Check operation of cooling fans. Found coolant leaking from turbocharger supply lines from auxiliary water pump. Return lines need to be removed for access to feed lines. Recommend replacement of all coolant lines to correct issue.
- Drained coolant. Removed intake piping and air filter housings. Removed drive belt from engine. Disconnected coolant lines from turbochargers, engine block, and auxiliary water pump. Routed new lines before installing mounting hardware and clips. Filled cooling system and pressure tested, OK. Reinstalled drive belt and air intake piping. Bled cooling system and test drove vehicle. No further coolant leaks present at this time.
- Checked door components for power and signal. Found power is intermittently not getting to door components, causing inoperative lock and window, and rear door open warning to come on at times. Recommend checking door harness for any breaks or loose connections.
