- Remove wheels from vehicle. Inspect brakes. Remove tires. Install new tires and valve stems(if required). Computer spin balance. Reinstall wheels to vehicle and torque lug nuts to manufacturer's specifications.
- State tire tax per tire.
- Tire disposal fee per tire.
- Replace front brake pad linings and replace front brake disc rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Drain and refill entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders. Bleed system until clean fluid is seen.

- Inspected painted lug nut, found stud broke when trying to remove cross threaded lug nut. Removed rear wheel and brakes. Pressed broken stud from hub assembly. Installed new stud and lug nut while reinstalling wheel.
- Performed 4 wheel alignment. Test drive vehicle after repairs to confirm handling characteristics.
- Replace cabin filter element. Reassemble filter housing and access panel.

2008 Mercedes-Benz E350
Mileage103,288Service Date7/15/2026Services Performed- Checked vehicle and confirmed fuel pump is getting power, but not pumping. Removed inspection covers to check for access to pump assembly. Found pump is integrated into fuel tank assembly. Recommend removal of tank to check for possibility of replacing pump unit inside tank.
- Removed exhaust, heat shields, and driveshaft. Disconnected fuel lines, vapor hoses, filler neck, and wiring to fuel tank assembly. Drained fuel from tank. Removed fuel tank from vehicle. Removed fuel tank fitting on driver side of tank to inspect. Found pump assembly sits under passenger side access port in body, but tank does not have an access panel there. Checked inside of tank with endoscopic camera to confirm nothing is too close to tank edge. Used arbor to cut an access hole into top of fuel tank. Found fuel pump assembly can be removed from in tank assembly. Disconnected fuel lines and removed pump assembly. Found aftermarket pump unit that had correct fittings and dimensions. Installed new fuel pump unit into tank assembly, modified fuel lines to fit new pump unit. Cut fuel tank and cut a new gasket for stud plate to be installed inside of tank to match fuel filter/bulkhead fittings from other side of tank. Installed studs and filter bulkhead with fresh sealant and custom gasket. Reinstalled fuel tank assembly to vehicle. Tested pump operation by cycling key after connecting wiring and fuel lines. Pump now turning on. Reconnected filler neck, vapor lines, and fuel lines. Added fuel to tank and checked for leaks, OK. Reinstalled driveshaft, heat shields, and exhaust components. Test started vehicle and found engine running, but has a misfire on cylinder 4. Checked components and found injector is firing properly, but ignition coil has failed. Replaced with known good unit and misfire stopped. Test drove vehicle, OK. Installed new ignition coil on cylinder 4. No further misfires and vehicle running normally.
