Remove engine cover and ignition components. Removed valve cover. Cleaned valve cover assembly and removed old gasket material from mounting surface on head. Rotated engine to TDC of compression stroke. Adjusted valves on cylinder 1. Rotated engine to TDC of compression stroke on each corresponding cylinder and adjusted intake and exhaust valve clearances to spec. Installed new valve cover gasket and reinstalled valve cover. Installed new spark plugs and original ignition coils. Confirmed proper connection with spark plugs. Reinstalled intake piping, ignition coil wiring, and engine covers. Test drive vehicle and confirm proper engine operation.
Replace cabin filter element. Reassemble filter housing and access panel.
Replace wiper blades on vehicle.
With valve cover removed, disconnected wiring to pressure sensor and removed sensor from engine. Cleaned oil residue from area and installed new sensor. Reconnected wiring. Checked sensor for leaks after completion of repairs and test drive. OK.
Removed differential drain and fill plugs. Cleaned residue and reinstalled drain plug. Filled differential with fresh fluid. Reinstalled fill plug.
Replace front brake pad linings and replace front brake disc rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
Perform visual inspection and smog test
State Issued Smog Certificate
State fee for electronic submission of smog inspection results.
Found 3rd brake light out during service. Removed bulb and replaced with new unit. All exterior lights now working properly.
Disassembled key and installed new battery. Tested fob functions, OK.

Test drove vehicle with customer to confirm and identify noise. Raised vehicle on lift to check tires for anything stuck in tread causing clicking noise. Found a large bolt in front right tire. Other 3 tires are worn and have age cracking started. Recommend replacement of all tires to correct issue.
Remove wheels from vehicle. Inspect brakes. Remove tires. Install new tires and valve stems(if required). Computer spin balance. Reinstall wheels to vehicle and torque lug nuts to manufacturer's specifications.
State tire tax per tire.

Road test and verify engine performance, transmission operation, and shift patterns. Drain transmission fluid which includes: flushing of transmission cooler, cooler lines, and transmission body. Flush all contaminated fluid out and replace with new fluid as per vehicle specs.
Install new battery. Clean cable ends. Perform battery adaptation to vehicle as needed.

Inspected cabin filter for damage or contamination, ok. Inspected vents for dust contamination. Found particulate matter consistent with foam ducting insulation. Suspect foam is aged and brittle. Blew out vents with air to remove as much debris as possible. Tested HVAC on high speed fan, no further dust present from vents at this time.

Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance. Test drove vehicle, was able to duplicate customer's concern. Inspected vehicle belt, AC lines, and components for any damage or wear. All appear ok. Inspected system with black light to check for any leaks, none found. Evacuated refrigerant and only recovered .374kg. Should be .5kg in system. Added dye and recharged system to spec. Reinspected with black light, no current leaks found. Test drove vehicle, and found AC blowing cold even at idle now. Suggest customer drive vehicle and reinspect for leaks if AC performance starts to decline.
