Checked battery voltage. Found it at 11.5 volts. During attempted engine cranking, battery voltage drops to 5.32 volts. This is after battery was charged and driven. Battery has no reserve capacity present. Recommend replacement of battery. Removed battery terminals and hold down. Replaced battery with new interstate unit. Reattached battery terminals and tightened. Test started vehicle. Engine starting normally. No excess power draw present.

Test drove vehicle and confirmed customer concern. Raised vehicle on lift to check for source of noise. Drive belt and engine components ok. Ran vehicle in air and found noise originating from driver front wheel bearing. Recommend replacement of wheel bearing to correct issue.
Removed front wheel and brake components. Disconnected axle retainer and pressed axle from hub. Disconnected lower ball joint and lowered control arm. Removed tie rod end and strut mount from spindle. Pressed hub assembly from spindle. Pressed on new hub and bearing. Reinstalled spindle to vehicle. Reconnected strut, tie rod end, and ball joint on lower control arm. Reinstalled axle to hub and retorqued axle nut. Reinstalled brakes and wheel. Test drove vehicle. No further whirring noise present from hub.

Removed end links from suspension mounting points. Disconnected links from sway bar. Installed new links. Tightened mounting hardware after cycling suspension. Test drove vehicle. No noise or play present from links.
Removed rear trunk liners and trim pieces. Removed rear wheels. Disconnected shock from body mounting point. Disconnected control arms from suspension upright to allow shock removal. Installed new shock assembly. Reconnected suspension arms and loosely installed body mounting hardware. Repeated process on other side. Reinstalled wheels. Settled suspension components with vehicle on ground. Tightened upper shock mounting hardware. Reinstalled trunk liners and trim pieces. Test drove vehicle and reinspected shocks. No leaks nor noise present.
Performed 4 wheel alignment. Test drive vehicle after repairs to confirm handling characteristics.
Replace wiper blades on vehicle.
