    • Inspected vehicle for oil leak source. Found oil residue covering splash shields. Removed shields and found oil leaking from drain plug and seal. Removed plug and seal from engine. Cleaned mounting surfaces and installed new seal. Torqued plug to spec. Refilled engine with fresh oil. Test started vehicle and test drove it. Rechecked engine for leaks, no further oil leaks present at this time. Cleaned splash shields prior to reinstallation.

Check parking brake operation. Check for fluid leaks. Check interior and exterior lights. Check wiper and washer jet operation. Check tire wear and condition. Set tire pressures to specification. Vacuum cowl. Check intake and cabin air filters. Test drive vehicle.
    • Checked vehicle for signs of excess oil use, or leaks. None present at this time. Due to mileage and a quart every 1500-2000 miles is normal. Recommend monitoring.
    • During service inspection, found coolant low and residue present around upper radiator hose. Recommend replacement of hose and associated coolant pipe. Removed drive belts, intake piping, and engine covers to access and remove hose and pipe. Cleaned residue from area before installing new hose and pipe. Reassembled drive belts and intake piping. Filled coolant reservoir and tested cooling systme. Found coolant level still reading low, but reservoir is full. Replaced reservoir with new unit with integrated level sensor. Sensor now reading properly, but coolant system is overheating at times. Checked system and found water pump is not activating at times (electrical pump not turning on). Recommend replacement of water pump.
    • Replace engine air filter.
    • Replace cabin filter element. Reassemble filter housing and access panels.
    • Replace wiper blades on vehicle.
    • Removed intake piping and supercharger drive belt. Disconnected wiring and vacuum lines. Removed mounting hardware and removed supercharger assembly from engine. Inspected components under manifold. Confirmed pump will not turn on even with power directly applied. Removed pump from engine and replaced with new unit. After replacement of water pump and associated hardware, reinstalled supercharger assembly. Connected wiring, vacuum lines, and intake piping. Reinstalled drive belt and engine covers. Test drove vehicle after completion of repairs. No further cooling system issues present at this time.

    • Removed engine covers and splash shields. Inspected motor mounts and found passenger side mount is leaking. Removed wiring to mounts. Supported engine on jack stand and disconnected motor mount hardware. Removed mount from engine and chassis. Cleaned oil residue and installed new mount using original hardware. Repeated mount removal and replacement on driver side mount. Removed engine support and torqued hardware to spec. Reconnected motor mount wiring. Reinstalled covers and splash shields. Test drove vehicle after repairs, no excess engine movement present. Reinspected mounts, no leaks present at this time.

    • Removed engine covers, air intake piping, and splash shields to inspect for source of coolant leak. Found coolant residue underneath intake/supercharger. Recommend removal of supercharger to find source of coolant leak. Removed drive belt, throttle body wiring, and vacuum lines from upper manifold. Disconnected intercooler hoses from manifold. Disconnected wiring from rear of supercharger. Removed upper hose and thermostat assembly. Removed supercharger assembly from engine and disconnected breather hose from oil separator. Removed supercharger assembly from engine and inspected for source of leak. Found coolant pipe underneath supercharger is leaking. Pipe requires removal of lower intake and high pressure fuel lines. Recommend replacement of oil separator and breather hoses under supercharger as preventative steps since access is available now. Drained cooling system. Bled pressure from fuel system. Disconnected tumble flap actuators and fuel feed lines. Removed lower intake manifolds. Disconnected coolant and breather lines from under manifolds. Removed air injection pipes from rear of engine. Removed oil separator from engine. Cleaned oil and coolant from engine valley. Installed new oil separator. Installed new coolant pipe, air injection hoses, and breather pipes. Reinstalled lower intakes with new gaskets and fuel injector o-rings. Confirmed tumble valves are in correct position. Reconnected wiring, fuel feed lines, and vacuum lines. Installed new thermostat and housing. Installed new vent valve connector to supercharger assembly and reinstalled supercharger. Reconnected coolant and intercooler hoses. Replaced cracked air injection hose from pump to pipe. Reconnected wiring and hoses to supercharger assembly and throttle body. Filled and bled cooling system. Pressure tested cooling system. No leaks present. Test drove vehicle multiple times and rechecked for coolant residue, level change, or coolant smell. No further leaks present at this time. Reinstalled engine covers and splash shields.

    • Inspected vehicle for oil leak. Found oil residue covering splash shield. Removed shield and found oil pan and sway bar covered in oil residue. Started vehicle and checked for leaks. Found oil cooler dripping. Let vehicle sit overnight and oil puddle is present below oil cooler assembly. Recommend replacement of oil cooler and steam cleaning engine bay to remove oil residue.
    • Replace Oil Cooler & Gasket
    • Inspected vehicle for noise from steering wheel. Was able to duplicate customer concern. Found joint in intermediate steering shaft is squeaking. Recommend replacement of joint to correct issue.
    • Removed lower dash trim and steering column covers. Locked steering wheel in place. Disconnected intermediate shaft from rack. Collapsed steering shaft. Disconnected shaft from steering wheel assembly. Removed insulator retainers from floor. Removed shaft from vehicle. Installed new steering shaft and connected to column. Reinstalled insulator hardware to floor. Raised vehicle and connected new steering shaft to rack. Reinstalled lower dash trim and steering column covers. Unlocked steering and checked that wheel is centered, OK. Lowered column and tested for noise. No further noise present from steering column.
    • After reassembly of steering wheel recalibrate steering angle sensor and associated systems. Performed full body scan after completion of repairs and
    • Removed rear door panel and trim. Inspected wiring to control module, no apparent damage to wires or harness. Removed control module and replaced with new unit. Connected wiring and reinstalled trim and door panel.
    • Connected scan tool to vehicle and ethernet cable. Performed door module calibration via remote access through scan tool. Scanned vehicle after completion of programming, no error codes stored nor present. Test drove vehicle and checked operation of adaptive cruise, and other ADAS functions. All working normally at this time. No error codes stored nor pending.

    • Inspected vehicle for possible leaks. Found front left outer axle boot torn and grease sprayed over brakes, wheel, and suspension components. Checked all engine fluids, levels good and no fluid leaks apparent. Recommend replacement of axle boot and grease. Clean affected area and recheck.
    • Removed front wheel and brake assembly. Removed axle retaining nut from hub. Disconnected spindle from control arms. Removed axle retaining bolts at stub shaft from differential. Removed axle assembly. Removed damaged boot and clamps from outer axle joint. Removed outer stubshaft and disassembled joint. Cleaned old grease from components and regreased with new OEM grease. Installed axle boot onto inner shaft and reinstalled outer stub. Clamped boot with provided clamps and checked axle motion. Joint ok. Cleaned mounting surfaces and remaining grease from suspension components. Reinstalled axle to hub and spindle to control arms. Installed and torqued new axle retaining nut. Reinstalled brake hardware and wheel. Test drove vehicle and reinspected axle assembly. All ok.
    • Replaced engine air filter.
