- Tested AC system functions. Found AC system low on freon. Inspected components for signs of leaks or other issues/damage. Found dye present on rear AC lines. Cleaned residue and inspected components. Found crimp on main line not seated fully. Removed line from vehicle and resecured crimp fitting. Reinstalled line and components. Evacuated system and left it under vacuum overnight. Vacuum holding properly. Charged system with fresh freon and tested AC operation. AC blowing cold. Rechecked line for signs of leaks after test drive. No further leaks present at this time.
