- Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Drain and refill entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders. Bleed system until clean fluid is seen.
- Remove engine cover and intake piping. Removed breather lines from valve cover. Disconnected ignition wiring and removed coils. Removed valve cover and gasket. Cleaned mounting surfaces. Installed new gasket and spark plug tube seals. Reinstalled valve cover and torqued mounting hardware to spec. Reinstalled ignition components, breather lines, and intake piping. After completion of service, test drove vehicle and rechecked valve cover. No further leaks present at this time.
