Services Performed
- Removed engine covers and splash shields. Removed front tire and inner wheel well. Drained cooling system. Removed drive belt and engine accessories. Removed timing covers and motor mount. Aligned timing marks and removed timing belt, tensioner, and idler pulleys. Removed water pump from engine. Cleaned mounting surfaces and installed new water pump and gaskets. Installed new timing belt, tensioner, and idler assemblies. Released tensioner and manually cycled motor to check for correct timing, OK. Reinstalled timing cover and motor mount. Mounted engine accessories and reinstalled drive belt. Topped off engine fluids. Filled cooling system and bled air from system. Reinstalled engine covers and splash shields. Test drove vehicle. Engine running properly. Rechecked fluid levels, all OK.
- Cleaned associated parts in hot tank to remove oil residue and debris.
