    • Inspected vehicle for customer concerns. Found error code P0128 (Coolant Temp Below Thermostat Range) stored in ECU. Pressure tested cooling system, no leaks found. Test drove vehicle and monitored live data. Coolant temp sensor reading normally, but found coolant temp is not rising as it should. Recommend replacement of thermostat before further diagnosis.

Disconnected coolant pipe from engine and removed thermostat and pipe assembly. cleaned mounting surfaces and installed new thermostat assembly with new gasket and seal. Reinstalled intake manifold with new gaskets. Reinstalled intake piping and filter housing. Connected engine wiring. Started vehicle and bled cooling system. Reinstalled covers and splash shields. • Inspected vehicle for customer concern. Found no warning light present at this time, and after multiple restarts. Connected scan tool and checked vehicle systems for error codes. Found low voltage codes stored in history, but no other issues. All electronic power steering tests passed. Found battery is older and not holding much reserve power. If light is more common after vehicle sits for a few days, suspect steering system is disabled when battery voltage is too low causing light to come on. Same symptom will also disable AC compressor from engaging. Recommend replacement of battery before any further diagnosis. Removed battery hold down and cables. Installed new battery and reinstall hold downs. Cleaned cable ends and connected battery. Test drove vehicle. No warning lights and no error codes stored nor pending.
    • Steam clean vehicle to remove rodent residue and debris build up.
