    • Inspected vehicle for noise and rough running condition. Noted noise originating from under hood. Sounds like a loose spark plug or exhaust manifold. Noise was loudest at cold start and lessened as vehicle warmed up. Found engine low on oil approximately 2 courts. Evidence of work done not long ago. Exhaust manifold nuts show tool marks, and gaskets for exhaust are not original. After checking vehicle for exhaust leaks or loose spark plugs found noise originating from EGR pipe not being connected to intake properly. Recommend removal of egr tube to clean threads on intake and reinstall or replace tube as needed. Removed intake piping and engine covers. Disconnected egr tube and removed from vehicle. Cleaned mounting connectors on exhaust and intake manifold. Cleaned tube and inspected for damage, ok. Reinstalled egr tube and tightened fittings to spec. After service rechecked vehicle for additional noises or running issues. No further noises or running issues present at this time.
    • Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures.
    • Replace cabin filter element. Reassemble filter housing and access panels.
    • Replace engine air filter.
